# Dispatch/Logistics Support (Part Time Remote - Idaho)

## Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to support our daily transportation and logistics operations. This is a remote/work-from-home position only open to candidates currently residing in Idaho.

Role is part-time M-F from 9 am - 2 pm.

In this integral role, you will support our operations by:

-   Accept customer orders and enter shipment data
-   Scheduling appointments
-   Updating customers
-   Tracking pickups & deliveries
-   Maintaining contact with carriers throughout the shipment, coordinating route changes, road conditions, road closures and driver availability to determine routing changes
-   Working with customers to modify routes or deliveries
-   Communicating late pickups and/or deliveries as well as any other load changes
-   Responding to issues by resolving driver or delivery problems
-   Supporting other staff as needed

## Requirements

-   Ability to work independently and make decisions
-   Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and time management skills 
-   Strong attention to detail; ability to find errors and correct
-   Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-   Previous data entry experience
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and work under pressure
-   Ability to type 40 wpm and 10-Key a plus
-   Must have intermediate Outlook, Excel, MS Word skills.
-   Punctual, self-motivated, and a professional demeanor
-   Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask and manage time
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work within a team
