**Job Description**

The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our B2B client base for AML and compliance services. The key responsibilities will include:

-   Identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services.
-   Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
-   Conducting outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other business development channels.
-   Developing relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and relevant decision-makers.
-   Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable AML/compliance service solutions.
-   Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals.
-   Managing the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding and closing.
-   Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
-   Achieving agreed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
-   Monitoring market opportunities and identifying potential sectors and companies that may require AML services.

## Requirements

-   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-   Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
-   Networking and relationship-building skills.
-   Self motivated and target-driven approach.
-   Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
-   Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is preferred.
-   Knowledge of AML/compliance services would be an advantage **but is not mandatory**.
