We would take a person at seventy percent and rising over a person stuck at eighty five. 5. Someone who sees trouble early and reports it, including trouble caused by our own process. 6. Someone who puts problems in writing, clearly and without spin. ### The job in Moldova We are Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency, and we need one decision maker based in Moldova. Our AI image service is the fastest growing thing we offer. Whichever area falls to you, your work will help it grow. You will take full ownership of a single area. It is not fixed today. The trial shows where you are strongest, and then we assign it. It will be either: 1. The hiring machine. This covers how we find, screen and hire. You manage the funnel from first contact to offer: sourcing, chasing, scheduling, keeping our tracker honest, and flagging it when the process itself has broken. 2. Client delivery operations. This covers how client work is planned, briefed, chased and shipped. You keep the dates, give the team a proper brief and make sure no task slips away quietly. Seen from underneath, both are one job. Something has slipped, you decide the response, and you close it before anyone has to ask. Be clear on what this is not. It is not assistant work and it is not coordination. You will make real decisions daily, and we will judge you by their quality, not by your throughput. If you need someone to tell you what to do each morning, it will not suit you. ### How we handle your experience We ask for no set number of years. We check your work history against what you tell us, and a false answer ends the application. For each job you list we confirm the employer, dates, title and paid status, with a contract and payslips, in one exchange. At some point in the last 12 months you need to have worked full time. After that there is no minimum, and a thin history costs you nothing. If you misrepresent the history you do have, you are out. If you tell it straight, nothing is held against you. ### How the process works, and we tell you all of it now 1. Application with a short Loom video. Research us first. 2. A short test by email: one real decision task, your internet speed, your computer, and a paragraph on your work history. 3. A 15 minute call with the founder. 4. A recorded video interview. One take, no re-records. We verify the work history you've told us about. 5. A paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job. We settle the decision during the trial, and that includes which of the two areas becomes yours. You start making calls on live work in week one, and we say honestly how each landed. It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked. ## Requirements 1. Full time once hired, and no other job alongside. While you are on the paid trial you give us 4 hours daily, with 2 of those at a set time inside our working day, and your current job can continue. On a pass you resign and join us full time inside 30 days. 2. Internet that is dependable: 30 Mbps down at least, 5 Mbps up at least, checked live with us. 3. Written English that is strong. 4. Based in Moldova. 5. You record your hours in our time tracking tool from the first day. ## Benefits 1500 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked. Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. The 90 days count from the day you start full time. On top of that: 1.
