**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 

-   Operate and maintain multiple seal validation test benches
-   Author and update safe job & lock out tag out procedures for seal test equipment
-   Manage internal/external validation test requests and support quality/material/design improvement projects
-   Perform/Apply root cause analysis on field returns
-   Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and CPI (Current Product Improvement) projects
-   Collaborate with system engineering teams, internal and external, to identify/validate optimum sealing system solutions
-   Create and deliver technical reports
-   Research and develop new sealing technologies

## Requirements

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

BS Mechanical Engineer, Aerospace, Agricultural or metallurgical, advanced physics **AND** 0-2 years of experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

-   Strong mechanical and analytical aptitude
-   Strong problem solving skills
-   Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members, system engineering teams, and suppliers
-   Proficiency in Creo or related CAD software

**DESIRED SKILLS:**

-   Previous test/validation experience
-   Experience with data analysis software
-   Experience with instrumentation/controller software
-   Working experience with metallic and non-metallic materials or components
