This role will serve as a Product Owner acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, architecture teams, and Agile development teams by gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into Epics, Features, and User Stories, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions to support successful product delivery.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**                       

-   Serve as the Product Owner and primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture teams, and Agile delivery teams, facilitating requirements gathering sessions to understand business objectives, operational needs, and strategic priorities.

-   Analyze, refine, and translate business requirements into well-defined product roadmaps, Epics, Features, and User Stories, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, technical capabilities, and business goals.
-   Partner closely with Architecture, Engineering, and Scrum teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog items, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business expectations and drive measurable value.
-   Lead stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and backlog grooming sessions while managing competing priorities, resolving ambiguities, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
-   Collaborate with Scrum teams during sprint planning, execution, and release activities, providing ongoing business context, answering functional questions, and validating delivered functionality against original business requirements.
-   Drive continuous improvement of product processes, ensuring traceability from business requirements through solution design, development, testing, and deployment while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communication.

## Requirements

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

-   Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field AND 8+ years of experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

-   Highly self-driven professional with a proactive approach to managing priorities, driving initiatives, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
-   Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies, with an understanding of project lifecycles, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative development practices.
-   Experience utilizing Confluence and Azure DevOps for requirements management, project documentation, backlog tracking, and team collaboration.

-   Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to develop executive-level program updates, status reports, project roadmaps, and stakeholder-facing presentations.

**DESIRED SKILLS:**

-   Proficient in Power BI, with experience developing interactive dashboards, visual reports, and data-driven insights to support program tracking, KPI monitoring, executive reporting, and informed business decision-making.

**SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:**

-   Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and effectively engage stakeholders in a virtual meeting environment. Strong spoken communication skills are essential to ensure clarity, collaboration, and mutual understanding across cross-functional teams
