**Release Readiness & Checklist Management**

- Liaise with DevOps and platform teams during release windows to ensure smooth handoffs and environment promotions.
- Monitor deployment progress and communicate real-time status updates to the Release Manager and stakeholders during release execution.

**Release Documentation & Communications**

- Maintain release documentation repositories, ensuring historical release records are accurate and searchable.
- Prepare release health dashboards and status reports for the Release Manager to present to engineering leadership.
- Document lessons learned from each release cycle and feed them into retrospective discussions.

**Process Compliance, Quality Support & Metrics**

- Support adherence to the SDLC and Scaled Agile methodology by tracking artefact completion and flagging non-compliance to the Release Manager.
- Assist the Release Manager in maintaining and improving release guardrails, templates, and process documentation.
- Collect and maintain data for key release metrics as defined by the Release Manager, such as release predictability, defect escape rate, rollback frequency, cycle time, and deployment frequency.

**Team Structure & Reporting**

- Reports to a manager based in Australia and works closely with a Release Manager located in Brisbane, Australia.
- Collaborates with a Senior Manager based in the U.S.
- Part of a small, two-person coordination team that works alongside a large body of cross-functional stakeholders.
