Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time **Manufacturing Engineer – Fuel Injector Assembly & Test** to join our **1st shift team in Pontiac, IL**. **Position Overview**

-   This role provides technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for the assembly of fuel injectors.
-   1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed
-   Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process
-   Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures
-   Create and update all APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams

**Team Structure & Work Environment**

-   Works alongside 13 other manufacturing and test engineers, reporting to the Technical Service Manager
-   Office located within a factory work setting

## Requirements

**Education & Experience:**

-   Bachelor's degree **AND**
-   Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

**Technical Skills (Required):**

-   Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA
-   Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
-   Assembly and test experience is desired

**Soft Skills (Required):**

-   Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually
-   Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
