**Position Overview**

This onsite Project Manager role provides oversight on a time-sensitive supplier resourcing initiative for a Fortune 100 industrial manufacturing client. The Project Manager will partner closely with Purchasing, Engineering, and senior leadership to keep resourcing activity on track and moving forward.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide oversight on an urgent supplier resourcing project, working closely with Purchasing teams throughout the process
-   Escalate resource constraints to senior leadership in a clear, professional manner
-   Identify opportunities to accelerate moving demand
-   Lead weekly project meetings for each supplier involved in the resourcing effort

**Team Structure**

-   Works alongside a peer in a similar role based in the Aurora, IL office.

## Requirements

**Candidate Requirements**

-   Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required and 5–7 years
-   of experience is required OR
-   Associate degree is acceptable with 10 years of experience. Internship experience does not count toward required experience.
