The main function of the User Experience Designer is to work with product teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**                 

·         Support the evolution of Customer Experience by developing the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.

·         Drive customer experience strategy and best practices with cross‑functional teams to implement applications and platforms that deliver a cohesive end‑to‑end experience.

·         Participate in project delivery, navigating obstacles across multiple teams and roles through diligent planning, attention to detail, clear communication, and efficient decision‑making.

·         Demonstrate strong passion and hands‑on technical experience.

·         Contribute to concept service designs and create CX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and storyboards in partnership with domain architects.

·         Apply exceptional problem‑solving skills to identify issues quickly, determine root causes, and select executable solutions within departmental guidelines.

·         Collaborate with eBusiness CX architects, technical architects, and data/content owners to define the elements required to deliver high‑quality experiences.

·         Stay current with innovative processes and advancements in experience design.

·         Engage with business partners responsible for various elements of the customer experience, as well as vendors supporting those areas.

·         Work directly with dealers and end customers as needed, with interactions spanning the full breadth of the company’s business model and organization.

·         Build and maintain relationships with Global Product Owners (GPOs), Marketing/Product Support Managers, and Directors across internal and external groups.

·         Communicate investment needs, architectural changes, and business requirements to ensure solutions can be developed to deliver the best possible experience.

## Requirements

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

Bachelor’s Degree required w/ 8 years experience required, OR,

Masters degree w/ 5 years experience required

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

·         **Top 4 Skills:** Proficient in Figma, asks insightful questions, effective communication, willingness to collaborate

·         At least 3**\+ years UX Design** experience

·         Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments

·         3 years of experience with design tools such as **Figma (required 1+ years), Sketch and other UX/UI** software

·         Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams 

**DESIRED SKILLS:**

·         3+ year exp designing complex systems or applications
