**Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce Search**

**Position Overview**

The Senior Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and search engineering for the eCommerce Search team, translating business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Onsite presence is required 2–3 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**

•       Maintain and prioritize product backlog items.

•       Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities.

•       Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability from requirements through implementation and testing.

•       Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce.

•       Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

•       Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.

•       Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.

•       Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

•       Excellent communication skills.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
