## Description

**Project Team Lead**

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Project Team Lead to support operations in Glendale, Arizona. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating daily activities, supporting staff performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation related to Intake Specialists
-   Conduct weekly check-ins with client leadership to review staff performance and address any concerns
-   Provide timely resolution to operational issues; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
-   Coordinate communication, updates, and task assignments between staff and client stakeholders
-   Ensure staff understands and follow all process updates and operational procedures
-   Monitor daily operations and service delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness
-   Assess staffing levels and capacity across locations and recommend adjustments as needed
-   Support a collaborative, team-oriented environment while maintaining high performance standards

**Qualifications**

-   Local to or able to work onsite in Glendale, AZ
-   Experience in team leadership, operations, or project coordination
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience working in human services, public sector, or customer-facing environments preferred
