**About The Role:  
**As a **Software Project Manager**, you’ll be responsible for Full ownership of project delivery, starting from contract signing until final delivery and getting sign off from client side.  
  
**Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and improve backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET.
-   Implement business logic and integrations with databases and external services.
-   Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
-   Troubleshoot defects and support the reliability and performance of backend systems.
-   Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
-   Contribute to technical documentation and help improve development practices.

## Requirements

**Required qualifications**

-   Around 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.
-   Strong skills in C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming.
-   Experience building or maintaining REST APIs.
-   Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing and troubleshooting queries.
-   Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
-   Understanding of common software design principles, security practices, and application troubleshooting.
-   Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

**Preferred qualifications**

-   Experience with ASP.NET Core and modern .NET development.
-   Experience maintaining applications built with ASP.NET or .NET Framework.
-   Familiarity with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
-   Experience with SQL Server; exposure to Oracle is a plus.
-   Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud or container-based deployments.
-   Use of AI development tools
-   Able to use AI coding assistants effectively to speed up tasks such as code exploration, drafting routine code, debugging, and preparing documentation.
-   Applies independent engineering judgment: reviews, validates, and tests AI-generated suggestions before using them.
-   Uses AI tools responsibly, following company rules for confidential code, customer data, and other sensitive information.
