# Senior Presales Engineer

## Description

As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will lead the technical strategy for our most complex

enterprise accounts across the MEA region. We are looking for a strategic solution architect who

can act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, designing end-to-end loyalty ecosystems that

drive massive consumer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Strategic Advisory: Lead discovery workshops and act as a consultant for CTOs and
-   CMOs to prove technical ROI.
-   Proposal Support: Assist/own the technical drafting for RFPs, RFIs, and business
-   proposals with high accuracy.
-   Tender Leadership: Take full ownership of large-scale regional tenders, ensuring
-   technical feasibility and commercial alignment.
-   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to
-   ensure the smooth transition of "sold" solutions into reality.
-   Mentorship: Elevate the pre-sales function by setting best practices and mentoring junior
-   team members.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 5–10 years of proven success in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
-   **Mindset:** A "can-do" attitude with a hunger to learn the loyalty and rewards industry.
-   **Communication:** Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
-   **Soft Skills:** High energy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
-   **Presentation:** Strong "stage presence" to conduct product demos
-   **Technical Depth:** Deep expertise in API-first architecture, system integrations, and data security protocols.
-   **Market Expertise:** Strong track record of handling multi-country deals within the MEA region.
-   **Leadership:** Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and manage diverse stakeholders.
-   **Language:** Professional fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus for African market coverage).
