**About the role:**

We're looking for an **AI Transformation Specialist** to help drive AI adoption across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with different departments to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making. You'll lead AI initiatives from idea to implementation while ensuring employees are equipped to embrace new ways of working.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Identify business processes that can be optimized through AI solutions.
-   Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into AI use cases.
-   Lead the implementation and rollout of AI-powered tools and initiatives.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, IT, and Business Leaders.
-   Design and deliver AI awareness sessions, workshops, and user training.
-   Support change management and user adoption throughout AI transformation projects.
-   Monitor AI initiatives, measure impact, and recommend continuous improvements.
-   Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
-   Ensure AI solutions align with company policies, governance, and ethical standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

-   3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, project management, business analysis, or AI-related roles.

-   Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and their business applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude).

-   Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.

-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-   Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

-   Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
