As a Reel Creator, you Create engaging, platform-native short-form video content from concept to final edit in order to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and deliver fresh, relevant content across social media channels

**In this role, you will :**

-   Conceptualize and produce engaging Reels and short-form videos aligned with the brand’s content strategy and tone of voice.
-   •  Shoot and edit high-quality social content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
-   •  Turn briefs, trends and business messages into simple, creative video concepts that are relevant to the audience.
-   •  Follow social media trends, formats, sounds and editing styles to keep content fresh and platform-native.
-   •  Handle basic production requirements including framing, lighting, audio and mobile-first shooting.
-   •  Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, subtitles, music and simple motion elements where needed.
-   •  Collaborate closely with the Social Media, Content and Design teams to develop and execute content ideas.
-   •  Adapt content based on performance insights and feedback to continuously improve engagement and watch time.
-   •  Manage multiple content requests while meeting agreed timelines and maintaining consistent quality.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design or a related field is preferred.
-   Relevant content creation or video editing training is a plus.
-   1–2 years of experience in reel creation, short-form video production, social media content creation or a similar role.
-   A portfolio of relevant work is required.
-   Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form content trends; basic knowledge of social media performance and audience behavior.
-   Minor graphic design knowledge is a plus.
-   Video shooting and editing; mobile-first content creation; strong visual storytelling; basic lighting and audio; proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
-   Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools are a plus. Creative, trend-aware, proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative and comfortable experimenting with new content formats.
