As the Telesales Manager, you will lead our Telesales team in driving revenue growth through effective management of inbound and outbound sales activities. You should have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic planning abilities, and the capability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

**In this role, you will :**

-   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets;
-   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer
-   base.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
-   and retention.
-   Set clear performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and provide regular feedback and
-   coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
-   Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for
-   growth.
-   Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to
-   senior management.
-   Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching teams.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-   6+ Years of experience in a similar field;
-   1-2 years of experience in people management;
-   Experience in digital advertising sales.
-   In-depth understanding of the sales administration process, principles and customer service practices;
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
-   Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
-   Knowledge of the classifieds market and user behaviour;
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment;

-   Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
