## Description

**What You'll Be Doing**  
  
You'll be editing short-form vertical video content for a digital marketing agency that manages social media for multiple clients. Each client has a distinct brand, audience, and creative style. Your job is to learn those differences and execute against them consistently.  
  
You are taking existing recorded content and turning it into polished, on-brand short-form clips primarily for Instagram Reels and similar platforms.  
  
You'll receive creative direction from the agency owner on storytelling approach, editing style, pacing, and brand guidelines. Your job is to execute that direction with skill and consistency, week after week.  
  
**Responsibilities**  

-   Receive raw footage
-   Cut, pace, and sequence clips according to creative briefs & brand guidelines
-   Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and audio as directed
-   Deliver finished edits on deadline, consistently
-   Take feedback and implement it without needing it repeated

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**  

-   Proven short-form vertical video editing experience. You've done this before, for real clients, on a regular cadence.
-   Reliable and deadline-driven.
-   Can manage multiple client styles simultaneously without bleeding one into another
-   Takes direction well and executes it cleanly
-   Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

  
  
**Nice to Have**  

-   Familiarity with social media account management and posting. This is a potential growth path in the role for the right person
-   Experience with faith-based, agricultural, medical, or lifestyle brands
-   Cultural alignment with Catholic or faith-driven organizations

  
  
**On AI**  
AI tools are fine as part of your workflow. AI-edited clips submitted as finished work are not. If that's how you operate, this isn't the right fit.
