### The Role

We're looking for someone to own the online customer journey. You'll operate with a strategy and budget set by leadership, owning the day-to-day channel P&L and building the infrastructure, team, and systems to scale the channel profitably. You'll work directly with our Founder/CEO and collaborate with our Creative team to translate Jacob's brand direction and campaigns into compelling online experiences and measurable commercial results.

-   Own the DTC channel (Shopify and Amazon), achieving revenue and contribution profit goals
-   Lead website overhaul and day-to-day management, including digital merchandising, PDP's, and checkout experience
-   Own paid acquisition and creative testing through static design, creator partnerships, and owned content variations
-   Develop a regular process for testing new concepts, messages, formats, and offers
-   Coordinate with Operations on demand forecasts, inventory availability, and the timing of launches and promotions
-   Build email and loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases and customer LTV

## Requirements

-   5+ years of direct, relevant experience leading a growth/ecommerce function at another consumer brand
-   Deep hands-on experience with Meta ads and platform management
-   Strong Shopify experience and a track record of improving website performance and customer experience
-   Discernment to balance near-term performance with long-term brand/creative goal
