## Description

**Business Diagnosis & Process Transformation (~40%)**

-   Conduct business interviews, operational diagnostics, and process analysis across functions.
-   Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
-   Support As-Is / To-Be process design, operating model improvement, and SOP development.
-   Develop structured analyses, recommendations, and management presentations.

**AI Enablement & Technology Solutions (~40%)**

-   Identify AI use cases and automation opportunities across business functions.
-   Translate business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions.
-   Evaluate and experiment with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
-   Build lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts where feasible.
-   Work with IT, Data, and AI technical teams to evaluate feasibility and implement selected use cases.
-   Support AI adoption and integration into day-to-day business workflows.

**Transformation Coordination (~20%)**

-   Support the overall coordination of transformation workstreams.
-   Track key deliverables, decisions, and dependencies.
-   Prepare updates and materials for management discussions.

## Requirements

-   3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
-   Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and business diagnostic capabilities.
-   Experience in business process analysis, operating model improvement, or transformation projects.
-   Good understanding of IT systems, data flows, system integration, and emerging AI technologies.
-   Practical exposure to generative AI, AI applications, or workflow automation.
-   Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
-   High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a hands-on working style.
-   Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is highly desirable.

**Highly Preferred**

-   Background in Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, or similar consulting firms, particularly Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Operations Transformation.
-   Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
-   Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
-   Experience building or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, or proofs of concept.
-   Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Python, or enterprise system integration.
-   Financial services or fintech exposure would be a plus, but is not essential.
