**About the role**  
  
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive talents to join EBC Tech Limited on a **full-time basis**. Based in **Admiralty, Central and Western District**, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, enabling key stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the organisation.  
  
**Key responsibilities**

\- Execute payments and fund transfers through various banking platforms and payment networks, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and payment gateways

\- Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting

\- Act as first line of defense to screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies

\- Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting

\- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation

\- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-   2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), E-wallet, or Financial Institution
-   Proficiency in MS Office
-   Experience with treasury management or financial operations
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills
-   Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, would be highly preferred
-   Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
