## Description

-   Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall
-   objectives.
-   Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related issues.
-   Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing,
-   interviewing, and onboarding.
-   Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely

-   Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns,

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Master's degree preferred.
-   5-8 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
-   In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
-   Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Experienced working in a start-up is a plus.
-   Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
