Drive revenue growth by managing and activating existing and new relationships, converting opportunities into tangible clients in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

## Requirements

**\* Relationship Activation:**

1- Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.

2- Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.

**\* Business Development & Sales:**

1- Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.

2- Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.

3- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.

**\* Market & Client Strategy:**

1- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

2- Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.

**\* Internal Coordination:**

1- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

2- Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.

**\* Qualifications & Experience:**

1- 3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.

2- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.

3- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

4- Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.

5 Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
