# Junior NetSuite / ERP Administrator - Semarang

> Eco Outdoor · Semarang, Indonesia · Full-time · Posted 2026-05-21

**Salary:** unknown currency 156,000,000–192,000,000

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Technology

## Description

**We are looking for…**

Hopefully, you! We’re hiring a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior NetSuite / ERP Administrator** to join our Technology team in Semarang. You’ll own day-to-day administration of our NetSuite environment — user setup, access, configuration, data quality and small enhancements — and pick up exposure to Salesforce and our wider business systems as you grow. The role works closely with our Technology team and external technology partners in Australia and supports our local Indonesian team on the ground.

This is a deliberate junior role. We’re hiring for curiosity and craft over years on a CV. If you’ve been working through Oracle’s NetSuite training resources, hold (or are close to) the NetSuite Administrator certification, and want a clear runway into senior admin or ERP consulting work — read on

**Junior NetSuite / ERP Administrator’s key responsibilities will include:**

- **NetSuite administration:** user setup, roles, permission sets and subsidiary assignments; record types, forms, fields, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches and reports.
- **Finance and operations support:** assist the finance team with period-close tasks, transaction approvals, basic journal entries and month-end reconciliation checks.
- **User support and training:** triage and resolve support tickets, deliver short training sessions, and write simple how-to guides that drive adoption.
- **Data hygiene:** imports (CSV), exports, validation and clean-up across NetSuite and (with guidance) Salesforce..
- **Documentation:** keep our system docs, SOPs and user guides current and useful.
- **Testing:** participate in UAT for NetSuite releases, sandbox refreshes, and small enhancements.
- **Cross-system curiosity:** learn how NetSuite talks to Salesforce, our website and middleware — we’ll teach you the integration side as you go.
- **Local IT support:** help the Semarang team with day-to-day IT issues when needed.

## Requirements

**We need you to bring…**

- **Excellent English** — written and verbal. You’ll be working daily with our Australian team.
- **1+ year hands-on with NetSuite** in an admin, support, finance, business analyst or consulting capacity. Internships, capstone projects and serious self-study portfolios count — tell us what you’ve actually built.
- **NetSuite Administrator certification** (or actively working towards it). We’ll fund your next certificate once you’re in role.
- **Core ERP concepts** — order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial periods and subsidiary structures. You don’t need deep accounting knowledge, but you need to be comfortable talking to finance teams.
- **Curiosity about multi-system environments** — ERP, CRM, website, middleware. You don’t need experience with Salesforce or integrations; you do need to be interested in how the pieces fit together.
- **Structured, detail-minded approach** to data and configuration, with strong problem-solving and clear communication.
- **Familiarity with Agile or Kanban** ways of working is a plus, not a must.
- **Eager to grow** — we’re looking for someone who wants to be a senior NetSuite admin or ERP consultant in 2–3 years.

**Please note** that we require full permanent working rights for this position.

**In return, we’ll give you…**
