# Junior Salesforce / CRM Administrator - Semarang

> Eco Outdoor · Semarang, Indonesia · Full-time · Posted 2026-05-21

**Salary:** unknown currency 156,000,000–192,000,000

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** Technology

## Description

**We are looking for…**

Hopefully, you! We’re hiring a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Salesforce / CRM Administrator** to join our Technology team in Semarang. You’ll own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment — user setup, access, configuration, data quality and small enhancements — working closely with our Technology team and external technology partner in Australia and supporting our local Indonesian team on the ground.

This is a deliberate junior role. We’re hiring for curiosity and craft over years on a CV. If you’ve been working through Trailhead, hold (or are close to) your Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201), and want a clear runway into senior admin — read on.

**Junior Salesforce / CRM Administrator’s key responsibilities will include:**

- **Salesforce administration:** user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets and record type assignments; objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, saved reports and dashboards.
- **Data hygiene:** imports (CSV via Data Loader), exports, deduplication and clean-up across Salesforce and (with guidance) NetSuite.
- **User support and training:** triage and resolve support tickets, deliver short training sessions, and write simple how-to guides that drive adoption.
- **Documentation:** keep our system docs, SOPs and admin guides current and useful.
- **Testing:** participate in UAT for Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, and small enhancements.
- **Cross-system curiosity:** learn how Salesforce talks to NetSuite, our website and middleware — we’ll teach you the integration side as you go.
- **Reporting and dashboards:** build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the sales and ops teams clear visibility of pipeline and performance.
- **Local IT support:** help the Semarang team with day-to-day IT issues when needed.

## Requirements

**We need you to bring…**

- **Excellent English** — written and verbal. You’ll be working daily with our Australian team.
- **1+ year hands-on with Salesforce** in an admin, support, business analyst or consulting capacity. Internships, capstone projects and serious self-study portfolios count — tell us what you’ve actually built.
- **Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)** (or actively working towards it). We’ll fund your next cert once you’re in role.
- **Core CRM concepts** — lead-to-opportunity, sales stages, forecasting, account and contact management. You don’t need deep sales operations knowledge, but you need to be comfortable talking to sales teams.
- **Curiosity about multi-system environments** — CRM, ERP, website, middleware. You don’t need experience with NetSuite or integrations; you do need to be interested in how the pieces fit together.
- **Structured, detail-minded approach** to data and configuration, with strong problem-solving and clear communication.
- **Familiarity with Agile or Kanban** ways of working is a plus, not a must.
- **Eager to grow** — we’re looking for someone who wants to be a senior Salesforce admin or consultant in 2–3 years.

**Please note** that we require full permanent working rights for this position.

## Benefits

**In return, we’ll give you…**
