## Description

Egnatia Aviation is seeking a **Resource Planner** to join our Approved Training Organization team and play a vital role in supporting to our flight training operations.

**🚀 What You’ll Do**

As a Resource Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, optimizing resource use, and supporting day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Resource Manager and operational teams, you’ll ensure aircraft and instructor availability, maintain compliance through the flight planning system and help keep training activities on track. The position requires working on a rotating shifts.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Create and support the planning and the execution of flight training schedules
-   Coordinate with Maintenance/CAMO to secure aircraft availability and handle operational disruptions
-   Manage the flight planning system, communicate schedules and ensure regulatory compliance
-   Act as Crew Control Officer, ensuring instructor duty and rest requirements are met
-   Prepare and propose instructor rosters for approval

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   Experience in flight operations and flight planning (preferably in a training or airline environment).
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time operational challenges.
-   Fluent in English and confident with technology, especially scheduling and operational platforms.

**Bonus points if you bring:**

-   Knowledge of EASA regulations.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Previous experience in a resource planning or aviation operations role.
