**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and deliver a comprehensive and balanced curriculum integrating art and music for students across various grade levels.
-   Encourage student creativity, expression, and appreciation of the arts through diverse teaching methods and activities.
-   Plan, organize, and facilitate performances, exhibitions, and other creative events that showcase student talents.
-   Assess and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support their artistic growth and development.
-   Create an inspiring, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to creative exploration.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to integrate creative arts across the wider curriculum.
-   Manage classroom resources, instruments, and materials responsibly and safely.
-   Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in arts education.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Music Education, or a related field.
-   Proven experience teaching both art and music in a school setting.
-   Strong knowledge of various art techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
-   Ability to engage and motivate students to explore and develop their creative talents.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Capacity to manage multiple aspects of creative arts education effectively.
-   Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
-   Experience with the American curriculum or international education is a plus.
