## Description

Egypt Education Platform is currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic **English Teacher - National Curriculum - Secondary Stage** to join our dynamic team at **Madinaty Integrated Language School**. This role provides an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about developing students’ English Language and Literature skills and preparing them for academic success at the Secondary Stage.  
  
Job Location: **Madinaty, New Cairo.  
  
Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Egyptian National Curriculum for Secondary Stage students, promoting the development of advanced English language and literary skills.
-   Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, independent learning, effective communication, and active student participation.
-   Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, educational resources, and technology to address diverse learning needs and enhance students’ language proficiency, comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
-   Regularly assess and monitor student progress through assignments, examinations, projects, and informal evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth.
-   Prepare students effectively for national assessments and examinations by developing their analytical, critical-thinking, and exam skills.
-   Build positive relationships with students and encourage their active participation in classroom discussions, debates, literary analysis, and collaborative activities.
-   Work closely with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress, address academic needs, and support students’ overall development.
-   Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the curriculum through interdisciplinary projects, academic activities, and extracurricular programs.
-   Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in English Language and Literature teaching, assessment strategies, and curriculum development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a relevant field.
-   Experience teaching English to Secondary Stage students is required.
-   Minimum of 1 year teaching experience, particularly with the National Curriculum.
-   Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature, with the ability to inspire and motivate Secondary Stage students.
-   Excellent understanding of the Egyptian National Curriculum and secondary-level assessment requirements.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
-   Creative, adaptable, and student-centered teaching methodologies that promote critical thinking, active learning, and academic achievement.
-   Commitment to professional growth and willingness to contribute positively to the school’s academic and extracurricular community.
