## Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with school/company policies and Egyptian labor law.

An HR Generalist handles a broad range of human resources functions, including:

-   Recruiting and onboarding new employees
-   Managing employee records and HR documentation
-   Administering payroll and benefits
-   Supporting performance management and employee development
-   Ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws
-   Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues
-   Coordinating training and development programs
-   Supporting HR policies and procedures

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   2–5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
-   Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Good command of English is preferred.
