## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **English Co-Teacher for the KG Stage** for the academic year 2025-2026. This role is based at **Madinaty Integrated Language School**, New Cairo, and involves working closely with the lead KG teacher to deliver a warm, supportive, and engaging English learning environment for our youngest learners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
-   Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and language development.
-   Assist in observing and assessing student progress, adapting activities to meet diverse learning needs.
-   Collaborate in developing instructional materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
-   Promote positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic child development.
-   Participate in school events, ongoing professional development, and team meetings to contribute to the school community.
-   Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards in the classroom.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field.
-   Experience working with kindergarten-aged children is highly preferred.
-   Excellent command of spoken and written English.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-   Patience, creativity, and passion for fostering early language acquisition and development.
-   Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varied needs of young learners.
-   Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration within the school environment.
