## Description

GEMS- BISM (British International School of Madinaty) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Primary Teacher for Key Stage 2 (KS2)** to join our team for the **Academic Year 2026–2027**. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the British Curriculum for KS2 students.
-   Differentiating teaching approaches to meet the varying needs of learners.
-   Monitor and assess students' progress regularly and provide meaningful feedback.
-   Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
-   Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
-   Participate actively in curriculum development, staff meetings, and professional development.
-   Ensure compliance with school policies, especially safeguarding and child protection procedures.
-   Engage in extracurricular activities to support the wider school community.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or related field.
-   Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
-   Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching KS2, preferably within the British Curriculum.
-   Strong classroom management and organization skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment.
-   Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal development.
-   Willingness to relocate to Cairo, Egypt.
