## Description

**Westview International Language School** is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced **Middle & High School Principal** for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide visionary leadership and direction for the elementary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
-   Manage day-to-day school operations, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students, staff, and families.
-   Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practices.
-   Promote continuous professional development among staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
-   Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to foster engagement and support.
-   Monitor and analyze student performance data, using insights to drive school improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations, policies, and standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification; a Master's degree is desirable.
-   Proven leadership experience in a Middle or High School setting.
-   Strong knowledge of National Curricula.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
-   Experience in an international school is an advantage.
