Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce a vacancy for an **IT Help Desk - Fresh Graduate** to join our technology team at **Madinaty Integrated Language School.** This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate eager to start their career in Information and Communication Technology within an educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide first-line technical support to staff and students for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
-   Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
-   Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
-   Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
-   Support the implementation of new technologies and assist in training users on how to utilize them effectively.
-   Monitor and maintain the IT inventory and report on equipment needs as necessary.
-   Collaborate with other ICT team members to improve the overall ICT infrastructure and service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn about ICT systems and support.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
-   Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
-   Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a diverse range of users.
-   A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
-   Residence in Obour, Nasr City, or El-Shorouk City is preferred
