## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking an organized, creative, and enthusiastic **Activity Coordinator** to join its team at a **National School.** The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating school activities and events that promote student engagement, creativity, teamwork, and overall development.  
  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and oversee school activities, clubs, competitions, and special events.
-   Develop an annual activities calendar aligned with the school’s educational goals.
-   Coordinate sports days, cultural events, field trips, assemblies, and school celebrations.
-   Supervise staff, volunteers, and student leaders involved in organizing activities.
-   Manage activity budgets, resources, and equipment efficiently.
-   Communicate activity schedules and event details to students, parents, and staff.
-   Encourage student participation, inclusion, and leadership across different age groups.
-   Evaluate activities and maintain records of attendance, permissions, and event reports.
-   Ensure all activities comply with school policies, health and safety regulations, and safeguarding requirements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education, Art Education, Recreation, Event Management, or a related field.
-   Previous experience in school activities coordination, youth programs, or event management is preferred.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
-   Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Creativity and the ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
-   Good knowledge of child safeguarding and school safety practices.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant school management software.
