## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **French Learning Support Assistant (LSA)** to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to students learning French, assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational support to meet individual student needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support French language learners in the classroom by assisting with language acquisition and comprehension.
-   Work collaboratively with French teachers to implement individualized learning plans and support strategies.
-   Assist with classroom management to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
-   Monitor and report on student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
-   Help prepare learning resources and materials for French lessons.
-   Support students with additional needs to ensure their successful participation in language lessons.
-   Encourage and motivate students to build confidence in using French.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
-   Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
-   Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support students and collaborate with teaching staff.
-   Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.
-   Basic understanding of language acquisition strategies and teaching methodologies.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Relevant qualifications or training in education or language support is an advantage.
