Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Manager of School Operations (MSO)** to help drive operational excellence across our educational institutions at **Scholar's International Language School**. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our schools operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive educational environment for our students and staff.

-   Oversee daily school operations and implement effective management strategies.
-   Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance operational practices.
-   Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
-   Develop policies and procedures that support the school's educational mission.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

-   Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
-   Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Patient, Flexible, and Positive when handling Problems.
-   Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
-   Familiarity with educational regulations and best practices in school operations.
