**Westview International Language School** is looking for We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Librarian to lead and oversee the academic vision, standards, and performance of the school.

Key Responsibilities

\* Manage and organize the school library and maintain accurate records of books and resources.

\* Support students and staff in locating and selecting appropriate books and learning resources.

\* Ensure books are properly catalogued, shelved, and maintained.

\* Monitor borrowing and returning of books and maintain library records.

\* Promote reading and encourage students to develop positive reading habits.

\* Maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-organized library environment.

\* Support teachers with library resources and research materials.

\* Organize reading activities, library events, and student engagement initiatives.

\* Monitor library inventory and coordinate requests for new books and resources.

\* Ensure library policies and procedures are followed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field.
-   Teaching certification
-   Experience teaching English to elementary-level students is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to foster a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
-   Good organizational skills and adaptability.
