## Description

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of **Homeroom Teacher (Grade 1)** at our partner school, Prime National Schools - Scholar's International Language School. We seek a dedicated and caring educator committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience to our Grade 1 students, nurturing their academic, social, and emotional development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for Grade 1 students.
-   Assess and monitor student progress continuously to ensure effective learning outcomes.
-   Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
-   Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school and participate in professional development activities.
-   Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education or a related field.
-   Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
-   Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in primary education or Grade 1.
-   Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
-   Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences is a plus.
