**Egypt Education Platform** is excited to announce an opening for a **Front of House Representative** at **GEMS British International School Al Rehab**. This role is ideal for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual who will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Welcome and assist parents, visitors, students, and staff professionally and courteously.
-   Manage the school's reception area and ensure a positive first impression for all visitors.
-   Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
-   Handle visitor registration and ensure safeguarding and security procedures are followed.
-   Provide accurate information regarding school services, policies, and procedures.
-   Coordinate appointments, meetings, and courier deliveries.
-   Maintain reception records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
-   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-   Previous experience in a front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a school or hospitality environment.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
-   Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
