## Description

-   Lead and oversee the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and business needs.
-   Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
-   Oversee payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
-   Develop and implement performance management and talent development initiatives.
-   Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
-   Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
-   Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
-   Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
-   Experience managing and developing an HR team.
-   Strong understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
