## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **AIA - Teacher Assistant** to join our dynamic educational team. This role is pivotal in providing quality support to both students and teaching staff in our vibrant learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities to create a positive learning atmosphere.
-   Support students with varying needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop their skills.
-   Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources to support teaching efforts.
-   Monitor student performance and provide feedback to teachers about student progress and challenges.

-   Collaborate with staff and parents to promote effective communication and support the children's educational journey.

## Requirements

-   Completion of at least a high school diploma; further education in teaching or child development is a plus.
-   Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
-   Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
