## Description

-   Lead the IT Automation team and delivery across RPA and Ansible.
-   Own the enterprise automation roadmap, strategy, governance, and standards.
-   Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, and risk.
-   Lead end-to-end automation initiatives from design through deployment and support.
-   Govern RPA and Ansible platforms, workflows, playbooks, credentials, scheduling, and execution.
-   Drive automation across business processes, infrastructure, configuration, patching, monitoring, and auto-remediation.
-   Develop reusable automation frameworks, components, and best practices.
-   Integrate automation with ITSM, infrastructure, security, monitoring, applications, databases, and APIs.
-   Ensure automation solutions are secure, scalable, documented, tested, and compliant.
-   Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve automation capabilities.
-   Manage the automation pipeline, KPIs, benefits realization, and management reporting.
-   Lead and develop Automation Engineers and evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
-   Strong experience in enterprise automation and RPA.
-   Hands-on experience with enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
-   Strong knowledge of unattended RPA architecture, orchestration, scheduling, queues, and production support.
-   Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure automation.
-   Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
-   Experience with REST APIs, databases, file-based, and application integrations.
-   Experience leading automation projects, technical teams, and governance.
-   Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
