## Description

-   Design, develop, review, and document business processes, quality management processes, policies, procedures, and related frameworks in alignment with organizational objectives and applicable standards.
-   Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.
-   Develop and maintain process maps, process documentation, and related deliverables using Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
-   Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engage cross-functional teams to validate process requirements, define improvement opportunities, and ensure effective implementation of process changes.
-   Communicate process changes, updated procedures, and new requirements to relevant employees, ensuring awareness, understanding, and effective adoption.
-   Coordinate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions to ensure process excellence initiatives align with applicable governance frameworks, risk management requirements, regulatory obligations, and compliance standards.
-   Identify process nonconformities and control gaps, coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant stakeholders, and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.
-   Support quality management system implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement, including process-related audit activities, compliance assessments, and certification requirements, where applicable.
-   Support ISO Certification Programs

## Requirements

-   5+ years of relevant professional experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management, Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation.
-   Previous experience in the technology, electronic payments, payment services, banking technology, or payment gateway industries shall be highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of process mapping, process reengineering, continuous improvement methodologies, and BPMN techniques.
-   Practical experience in developing and documenting business processes, policies, procedures, and quality management frameworks.
-   Strong analytical capabilities, including process performance measurement, KPI analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
-   Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance requirements and their integration into business processes.
-   Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
