## Description

-   Implement strategic sourcing strategies to identify and select vendors that meet the organization's requirements
-   Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
-   Track inventory and restock goods when needed
-   Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
-   Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
-   Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
-   Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
-   Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

## Requirements

-   +3 years of experience and plus
-   Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
-   Relevant certifications are a plus
-   Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
-   In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
-   Previous experience in Procurement & Supply Chain in Banking or Fintech industry
