## Description

-   Accountable for addressing stakeholders’ business needs, investigating and clarifying provision of prospect solution; in order to determine underlying issues and root causes.
-   Plan, design, and maintain efficient business and operation solutions, in order to support core organizational services.
-   Determine the requirements of projects | programs, translate them into actionable insights, and communicate them with involved parties associated with prototypes and mockups as needed.
-   Collaborate with Project Management in planning and executing undergoing projects.
-   Work closely with the Solution Architects, Designers, and Software Engineers to clarify any solution requirements (functional & non-functional).
-   Provide clear direction and overarching of prospect solution, ensure coordinating required resources to deliver products effectively, and resolve any issues that might affect projects’ deadlines.
-   Ensure alignment of developed solutions with the identified stakeholders’ business needs.  
    Monitors and Reviews the undergoing activities of Continual Business Processes Improvements, in order to ensure its alignment with ‘EGYPTIAN BANKS COMPANY’ strategic vision.
-   Responsible for discovering and analyzing relevant information via varied sources within EBC, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions.
-   Apply best practices in identifying business needs and relate them to solutions capabilities required to resolve complex business problems.
-   Maintain refining tools, processes, methodologies, and standards for requirements management ‘elicitation, analysis and documentation’.
-   Explore all potential opportunities to enhance, improve, and refine Business Analysis processes.
-   Cooperate with other departments to enhance cross-functional processes.
-   Responsible for coordinating the efforts of Business Analysis’ team functions (requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, presentation & signoff for considerably complicated projects).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
-   Proven experience in Business Analysis, preferably within integrated services.
-   Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies, standards, and tools.
-   Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   ECBA/CCBA certification is preferred.
-   Banking, payments, or financial services experience is an advantage.
