We are seeking an experienced Senior Brokerage Officer who will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of client order execution, trade-operations controls, and platform administration across our trading platforms.

The role combines hands-on dealing-desk responsibilities with senior-level oversight of execution quality, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will know how to perform and interpret regulatory reports, prepare reports for management, support the Head of Brokerage on daily operations, and support colleagues from other departments.

To drive real impact, this role will be responsible for:

**Order Execution & Platform Management**

-   Monitor, process, and execute client orders across the company's multi-asset offering, in line with the Best Execution Policy.
-   Configure and maintain trading platform settings (symbols, holidays, parameters, groups).
-   Process corporate actions, ensuring accurate adjustments to specifications and client accounts.
-   Monitor spreads, swaps, margin, leverage, and slippage for anomalies or breaches.

**Liquidity & Risk Oversight**

-   Liaise with liquidity providers on price feeds, connectivity, and execution efficiency.
-   Detect and escalate abusive trading patterns per internal procedures.
-   Investigate trades and resolve execution-related complaints professionally and promptly.

**Department Management & Compliance**

-   Oversee daily brokerage operations.
-   Prepare regulatory reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, CySEC) and ad-hoc reports.
-   Support the Head of Brokerage with KPI tracking and ongoing projects.
-   Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
-   Mentor and train team members to strengthen performance.

## Requirements

**Essential:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
-   3–5 years' experience in a senior dealing room, trading operations, risk, or dealing desk role at a CFD broker.
-   Proficiency in MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator modules.
-   Proven experience configuring and managing trading bridge technology, particularly OneZero.
-   Strong knowledge of CFD products and broader financial markets.
-   Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical/decision-making skills.
-   CySEC Advanced Certificate is required.
-   Fluent in English.
-   Willingness to work flexible/rotational afternoon shifts as required.

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience with other trading platforms (e.g. TradingView).
-   Skilled within data analytics or programming (SQL, Python).
