The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Maintenance Reliability Engineer | Μηχανικός Αξιοπιστίας Συντήρησης”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Plant Maintenance Manager of the Plant Maintenance department in Olympias. 

Main Responsibilities:  

-   Ensure reliability investigations and modifications comply with safety procedures, engineering standards, and OEM recommendations 

-   Promote safe work practices and participate in equipment failure investigations through analysis and conclusion extraction 

-   Conduct and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Fault Tree Analysis 

-   Train maintenance personnel and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, accuracy, and accountability 

-   Collaborate with the Planning Engineer and maintenance teams to integrate reliability findings into maintenance plans 

-   Update SJPs, maintenance standards, BOMs, and equipment history based on reliability findings 

-   Perform quality control of work execution through field inspections and ensure CMMS data accuracy 

-   Analyze trends and propose improvements in design, operation, and maintenance strategies to prevent recurring failures 

-   Coordinate OEM visits, manage technical support contracts, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions 

-   Support condition monitoring activities (e.g. lubricant sampling), equipment criticality assessment, and corrective action planning 

Requirements: 

-   Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline. 

-   3–5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, or automation). 

-   Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 

-   Experience with RCA methodologies (e.g. 5-Why, FMEA, RCM) and/or predictive maintenance techniques. 

-   Very good command of the English language. 

-   Excellent communication skills and interviewing abilities, with the capability to collaborate across different teams. 

-   High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. 

-   Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a field environment. 

-   Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills. 

-   Experience in heavy industry or continuous operation environments will be considered an additional asset. 

-   Additional training or certification in reliability methodologies or continuous improvement will be considered highly desirable. 

-   Holder of a valid driving license.
