The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of **“Earthworks Construction Supervisor| Επιβλέπων Κατασκευαστικών Έργων”**, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Open Pit Manager, of the Open Pit Mining Department in Skouries.

**Main Responsibilities:**  

-   Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
-   Review and interpret technical drawings, method statements, and construction plans.
-   Monitor project progress against schedule and report any deviations or delays.
-   Ensure proper allocation and efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
-   Conduct site inspections to verify quality of works and ensure compliance with standards.
-   Enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures across all construction activities.
-   Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction works.
-   Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and updates.
-   Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation of work progress.

**Requirements:**  

-   Bachelor’s  Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; Polytechnic degree would be considered an asset.
-   Minimum Technological Institute degree.
-   Professional certifications in construction management are considered an advantage.
-   1- 3 years minimum experience in construction projects, preferably in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale developments.
-   Previous supervisory or site management experience is required.
-   Experience in coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Proven track record of working under strict safety and quality standards.
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
-   Familiarity with construction planning and scheduling tools.
-   Availability to work in shifts.
-   Problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
-   Good command of written and spoken English.
-   Valid driving license.
