**About the role**  
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated Financial Operations Executive with prior experience in finance or financial operations. This is a key role that demands strong focus and accuracy in a fast-growing environment, supporting our Australian operations from our Tbilisi office.

**What you’ll be doing**

-   Accurately process and allocate incoming payments within our core platform
-   Track daily financial activity to guarantee precise ledger posting
-   Perform routine reconciliations between internal software records and bank statements
-   Ensure all financial operational flows are fully aligned prior to closing each pay cycle
-   Investigate, log, and resolve discrepancies across system records and bank ledgers
-   Maintain high accuracy while managing a steady queue of financial records
-   Generate client statements and oversee ongoing account balances
-   Suggest improvements to our processes to help handle higher future volumes
