# Electric Citizen Careers

> <p>Electric Citizen is a Minneapolis-based web agency, specializing in strategy and analysis, UX and design, web development and support. We focus on clients promoting the public greater good, such as higher ed, government, nonprofits, science and the arts–they are the “citizens” we serve.</p><p>Clients include large institutions such as Big 10 Universities, state and local government such as the State of Minnesota, and globally-renowned nonprofits like the Lions Clubs International and Graywolf Press.</p><p>We are a culture of self-starters and doers, while keeping a sense of humor and fun about the office. Everyone is expected to be productive and efficient, but overtime and overloading team members is strongly discouraged. We want our workers to have happy and healthy outside lives.
