## Description

We're looking for an in-house **Recruiter** to own end-to-end hiring for a private **UHNWI Family Office.** This is a **fully remote** role within a **small team.**  
  
You'll hire across a **range of areas, seniority, and markets (EU, LatAm, OAE, South Africa...):  
**  
\- Business/Corporate services (Finance, Legal, Ops, Tax, HR, Personal Assistant..)  
\- Education (Nanny, Tutor..)  
\- Household (Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Butler...)  
\- Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)  
\- Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..)  

**What You'll Do:**

-   Run the full **recruitment cycle end-to-end**, from intake call to closed offer.
-   **Source** and **map** candidates **proactively**, rather than relying only on inbound applications.
-   Manage candidate **communication with discretion**, given the sensitivity of a family office environment.
-   **Screen, interview,** and **assess** candidates against role requirements and fit.
-   **Partner with hiring stakeholders** to define role briefs and interview processes.
-   Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
-   Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates.
-   Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of **full-cycle recruitment** experience.
-   Fluent in **English and Russian**, spoken and written.
-   **Experience with family offices,** concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
-   Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently.
-   Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
-   Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
-   Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
